- I am a curious life long seeker after truth. I am never satisfied to accept things because someone said so. I want to know Why? I am always asking questions, about myself, who I am, where am I going, what is the function of the church, especially the Adventist denomination, how can we do things better, and so on. I want to be relevant to the culture without being controlled by the culture. Most of all I want to see men and women, boys and girls, come to know Jesus and rejoice in the assurance of salvation.

Umm...are we receiving a gift of $5m?
Here's how I'd spend $5m
1. $250,000 Advertising
2. $2,700,000 Family Ministries and Youth Center- Gym, Basketball/ Tennis Courts, Cafe, Computer room, Library, Playground, etc.
3. $550,000 Mission- Local and international
4. $400,000 Sanctuary Rennovation
5. $50,000 Media Ministries
6. $50,000 Leadership Training/ Seminars, etc
7. $300,000 Outreach- Ehanced Shuttle Ministry- College/Neighborhood Pickup (New Hope is relatively close to University of Maryland, etc)
8. $150,000 Facility upkeep/ maintenance
9. $100,000 Savings
10. $450,000 Other NH Ministry Needs
lol...I hope this adds up.
1. $1.9 million to pay off the current church debt
2. $2 million to set up a foundation the profits of which to be used for missions.
3. $100,000 for mission work in our immediate area
4. $1 million to go toward our future sanctuary
